DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA — The Purpose & Leadership Forum (PLF), a prominent program for marketplace leaders, is set to begin its twenty-third season on September 13, 2025, in Dar es Salaam. Organised by Kingdom Business Solutions (KBS), the forum is celebrating its tenth anniversary, marking a decade of equipping professionals to integrate faith-based principles into their work.
The upcoming season, themed ‘Peacemakers,’ will be held every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Crowne Plaza. The theme is based on Matthew 5:9, which calls believers to be active agents of peace. In a business context, this means more than avoiding conflict; it’s about actively working to reconcile differences, build bridges, and foster wholeness and harmony within organisations and the wider community.
The forum is led by a team of dedicated trainers and mentors from Kingdom Business Solutions, including Danny Kiondo, Maajabu Mbaga, and Stella Urio, who serve as key contacts and are integral to the program’s success. These trainers guide participants through a 12-week transformational journey designed to help them answer fundamental questions about their purpose: “Who am I? Why am I here? Why was I created?”
The PLF’s mission is to empower leaders with a deep understanding of how to apply their faith in the marketplace, encouraging them to be intentional about creating a culture that reflects God’s principles. Since its inception, the forum has trained over 1,000 leaders with a global reach, aiming to impact families, communities, and nations positively.
